To provide the highest quality care and service, The Kinney Clinic charges a yearly $100 administrative fee. This fee covers:

  • Secure Patient Portal access for medical inquiries, refills, and appointments.

  • Assistance with medical letters, insurance documents, and care summaries.

  • Processing prescription and supplement refills.

  • Sending medical records to specialists.

The fee is collected when booking your new patient appointment and is non-refundable. It supports advanced technology, record-keeping, and the administrative services that allow us to focus on your wellness.
